Thanks to our friend Lou we have done SO MUCH PAINTING in the last couple of weeks. He's between jobs so he really stepped up and helped us tremendously. All that's left on the painting list are a few touch-ups that we'll save until the end of reno.
Our friend Billy has also finished all the necessary electrical work, so the big scary dark dirty room in back is now nice and clean and well-lit.
Our refrigeration equipment has arrived. Chris is tiling the walk-in floor and caulking up the last few gaps in the interior before it all gets installed next week.

Our liquor license has been conditionally approved. We just need to fill out a little more paperwork....

We're talking to some folks about some very cool space-sharing and free advertising opportunities....
There's still oh so much to do - lots of little repairs and things - but we can see the light!
